Privacy Policy

Case details. The description of your legal issue and the location you enter. This is stored with your match so you can return to it.

Account details. If you create an account, your email address and, for social sign-in, the basic profile your provider returns.

Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a reference, never your card number.

Technical data. A coarse record of the request, including IP address, used to rate-limit abuse of the free analysis.

Your description is sent to an AI model to classify the practice area, urgency and location so attorneys can be ranked. Do not include information you would not want stored — names of third parties, account numbers, or sensitive identifiers are not needed for a match.

Case descriptions are not sold, shared with attorneys, or used for advertising.

Hosting, database and authentication run on our managed cloud backend. Payments are processed by Stripe. AI classification runs through our AI gateway provider. Each acts on our instructions for the purposes described here.

Matches and unlocks are kept while your account exists so purchased contact details remain available. You can request deletion of your account and associated matches by emailing support@findlawyer.app; payment records are retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can use case analysis without an account, request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion. Requests go to support@findlawyer.app and are answered within a reasonable period.

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
